What is the status of my job application or background check?

For the status of your application, you can log in to your account on our Careers Website. If you click on the 'My Jobs' icon near the top right of the page, you will be taken to a list of applications you have submitted and each will provide the current status underneath.  You will also see a job with the title NTI Registration (job code GEN-17-01) - this tells you the status of you account within the overall NTI process.


If you just want to know if NTI received your application, you can look on the Careers Website and if you see the job listed under 'My Jobs', then we have definitely received it and are aware of it.


For further application questions, email recruiting@nticentral.org and we will look up your account for that information and email you an answer. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.


Background checks can take several weeks, so it is not unusual to not hear back for some time.  Unfortunately, NTI is unable to speed up or affect the outcome of background checks.  If you still have questions on the status of your background check, please send email to background@nticentral.org. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
