About Our Jobs

1. How much do the customer service jobs pay?

Generally, they range from $9 to $19/hour. When you are ready to apply for a job, you’ll see the pay rate in the job description.

2. What type of positions does NTI offer?

We are able to offer work-at-home call center positions in the areas of customer service, sales and technical support. Our employer-partners are in a range of industries including insurance, medical, retail, government and hospitality.

3. Do I need my own computer?

Yes, most of our hiring employers expect that you have your own computer to use for work. The exact computer requirements vary for each position. Below are the minimum home office requirements for our positions:

Minimum Computer Requirements:

  • PC running Windows 10 or 11

  • Minimum 60 GB free hard drive disk space

  • Minimum 8 GB RAM

  • 2+ GHz Processor, dual-core, or higher processor

  • Monitor with a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 recommended)

  • Current Anti-Virus software with updated definitions (or Windows Defender)

Internet Requirements:

  • High-speed, hard-wired connection. DSL or Cable with 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload or greater (No satellite or wireless Internet service)

4. Can I make my own hours?

Usually not. Your work hours will vary depending on your position. Most employers will require you be available during specific shifts. Others could allow you to make your own hours as long as you meet certain productivity measures.

The more flexible you can be with the time of day you are available to work, the easier it will be for NTI to match you with a position.

We have positions available from 20 to 40 hours per week.

5. If I want to apply for multiple positions with NTI, do I have to fill out another registration?

You only need to complete one NTI registration which will allow you to apply to multiple positions.

If you do not get a job offer on your first application, we encourage you to apply for more jobs. (You could even tailor your resume for each job.)   However, you should only submit one application at a time.  Otherwise, NTI will decide which job to consider you for first—and we’d rather you make that call.
