I am having difficulty getting into NTI University / training class.

Access to NTI University requires that you login using the email address we have on file, so if you have changed email addresses, let us know.


The first option is to use the 'forgot password' link which will be directly beneath where you enter your username and password to enter our learning page.  Make sure you are on the correct page (nti.learnupon.com) and not trying to log in to a different NTI site.  Follow the password recovery instructions on screen and check your email, including your spam and junkmail folders, to see if your reset password arrives.


If you still cannot access the Training site, please email our Training Department Training Department and let them know of the problem.


Try to be as descriptive of the problem as you can.  Be sure to include your full name, email address, and your registration number if you know it (it is included on most of our emails to you, including your initial email immediately after registering).  Our Training department support staff will reach out to you as soon as possible to help with your issues.


Our support hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday.


If it is a specific class you are not able to get into, make sure you are using the correct link from your email.  You should have an email from your instructor that told you what class to enter and when - reach out to that instructor ASAP to let them know if accessing the meeting room is not working.  Our classes take place in a Zoom meeting room, so it is a good idea to make sure you follow directions to install and test Zoom in advance.
