NTI aims to connect our beneficiaries with jobs as quickly as possible, but there are too many variables to tell how long it will take to be offered a job by one of NTI's clients. Also, placement in a position is not guaranteed, though we believe that our process will help give you the best chance at success.
The more flexible you are with when you can work and what type of position you are looking for the easier it will be to find a position. Keep in mind that you are competing against other candidates for positions offered by our clients. We encourage you to apply for positions found on our Career website. It is best to apply for one position at a time. Multiple applications may only slow down the recruiting process as we will not know which opening is your priority.
If you are proactive and prepared, and the right opportunity is available, it is possible to go from registration to onboarding for a job in as little as a week, but this is not the typical case - a registrant may need extra support, not be available to meet with their Job Coach right away, or don't answer calls to set up a job interview.
