Can NTI help me with an overpayment?

NTI assists in trying to avoid overpayments by monitoring your earnings and letting you know if you are at risk of entering an overpayment status.  However, we can only do that if you provide paystubs to us as your Employment Network.  If your Ticket To Work is assigned to NTI or our sister division LandAjob Services, make sure you are submitting paystubs as you receive them (or at least monthly) to ticket@nticentral.org.  


Other than warnings, we can provide limited advice on your benefits. You can call or email us if you have general questions, but for specifics on any ongoing case, please go to the Social Security website at www.ssa.gov or call your local Social Security office.
