Will my employer be NTI, or the company that posted the job?

The answer could be either, and that will depend on how the company posting the job has chosen to work with NTI.

If they ask NTI to perform HR functions such as payroll and benefits - we call this Shared Administrative Services - then NTI will be your employer of record (and write your paycheck), though your daily work will be supervised by people at the specific company. This is our most common arrangement.

If the company decides to hire our candidates directly, you’ll be working for that company, and NTI will have been the staffing agency finding you for them.  If you have a relationship with NTI, such as with a Job Coach, this will remain even if you are directly hired by a client.

Our employer clients choose the staffing model that works best for their business.  In both cases, our jobs are W2 employment rather than 1099 contractor work.
