I am an applicant/new hire, but I have decided not to follow through with the job. What should I do?

We would be sorry to hear of anyone choosing not to move forward with a position, but it is always your decision to make.  You can call 877-248-8912 and ask to be connected with Human Resources, or email our Human Resources Department (hr@nticentral.org) notifying us of your decision.

Throughout the application and hiring process, feel free to ask as many questions as you need to make sure you understand the requirements and expectations of a job, to minimize the chances you will have to turn down a job offer later, or leave a role shortly after starting.  If you start to have concerns about whether a job is the right fit for you, let us know right away so that we can work on a solution together.
